Intajac 5mg Tofacitinib tablets are used to treat a variety of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis. It is often prescribed for moderate to severe cases when other treatments have not been effective. 

Tofacitinib is FDA approved for the treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PA), ulcerative colitis (UC), and polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA). It is a second-generation selective Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor targeting the JAK1 enzyme.
